Located in Himrod, New York, United States. Anthony's Big House at Seneca Lake, NY This special home was built during the depression by our grandfather K.G. Anthony. Many of the materials used in the construction were hand-picked by K.G. and his attention to detail is evident throughout the house. The house was designed to be comfortable without A/C, but 4 of the 7 bedrooms have window A/C units.The house is in excellent shape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a built-in dishwasher, a pilotless gas stove, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. The living room has oak hardwood floors and pine walls and ceilings which provide the perfect atmosphere for relaxing in front of the fire at the end of the day. All common areas are spacious, making our house ideal for family reunions and multi-family vacations.Three day rentals are allowed in the spring and fall and 7 day rentals are required during July and August.
