Many years ago about 40 acres of surrounding land belonged to the family that lived in this house, over the years it has been developed but the house remained. The house is about 150 years old, possibly older as it is actually made from three buildings that have been joined over time as the families needs grew. This is not a new home, some floors slope, etc. It has been recently renovated so everything is pretty modern. There are two bedrooms, one has a separate entrance from the hallway. The two bedrooms interconnect with a lockable door. There is a small apartment above. There is a deck out back. Heat is provided by two Rinnai's and a pellet stove so you should never be too chilly.
