The pristine waters of Skaneateles Lake are just 100 yards down the driveway, with great swimming, fishing and boating. Our beach has unobstructed and dramatic views of the lake, and from our location on the east side of the lake, we enjoy spectacular sunsets, often around a bonfire.Our 45-acre property abuts a 300-acre nature preserve with great hiking trails.Cottage has 1 bedroom with double bed. Sleeping loft has three twin beds. The loft is great for children aged 5 and up (steep ladder might be a challenge for younger kids). 1 bathroom with shower. Wood stove (firewood included) and electric heaters for cool evenings. No TV, but WiFi is included.Lakefront has level beach. We have a canoe and kayak (with paddles and life jackets).
