Serenity on Sound

Water access is directly in front of the home and there is a boat ramp in the neighborhood. The water is usually 4-5 feet deep, depending on the wind, and is a sandy bottom. Sit in a rocking chair and enjoy the views from the porch, walk to the water for a swim, or take a drive to several nearby towns including historical Edenton and the Outer Banks. This is the perfect home to relax. Edenton – 15 minutes Columbia – 15 minutes Nags Head – 1 hour Elizabeth City – 40 minutesWe do not allow pets in the house or on the property. We allow up to 8 people on the property but no more than 8, regardless of whether or not they're spending the night.
