Large (45 by 22) pool with bluestone patios and wisteria-covered arbor, surrounded by rhododendrons and an English garden. Pool is open Memorial Day-Labor Day. With so much room both inside and out, our home is perfect for multi-generational families. The layout gives privacy, but also space for everyone to be together.Built by a prominent sea captain who fought in the Revolutionary War, our home is infused with charm, character and beautiful details evoking its rich history and the sea. Poised on 4 verdant acres. Rolling lawns, massive trees, flowering shrubs and English gardens create an ideal county setting. The main house is decorated in an English country style with antiques and original hardwood floors. It sleeps up to 8 with 2 kings, 1 queen and 1 full bed. The Writer's Annex can sleep up to 4 more (double upstairs and queen sofa bed downstairs)
