ACCESS TO THE SWIM/FITNESS CENTER AND OTHER POOLS IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL OF THIS HOUSE. When designing our home, we tried to think of everything to make this your home-away-from-home. The views from our home are spectacular - mountains, trees and the 10th green of the Prospector Golf Course. The house is situated so it receives light year-round.A few big picture rules before we talk about the property - no underage drinking or smoking is allowed on premises. A person who is 25+ years old must be on property - please do not rent our house for your high school graduation or prom parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am and are strictly enforced. Fines will be assessed for violations as discussed in our House Rules. We allow 16 people to spend the night and up to 25 people during the day.
