It's less than two miles (3km) from here to Hayward field: a pleasant 10 minute bike ride (flat with bike lanes) or an easy 30 minute walk - how will it take you to jog there?A bark running loop is right down the street.The private space includes a separate entrance and small patio, downstairs bathroom, and upstairs bedroom with a queen bed. It's not fancy, but we love it. Think of it like visiting your cousin in Eugene, without all the visiting. It has a queen bed, a big window, table and chairs, new hardwood floor, and a lovely mural. You'll enter via a keypad on your private little covered patio to an entryway (with microwave and dorm fridge) and full bathroom, or take the stairs to the peaceful bedroom. A door closes off your private space from the shared laundry facilities and the rest of our house.A couple of notes:If you're super tall, you might find the ceilings a little low. They're 7'2" (2.1
