A mile from the train station and downtown, and close to the river bike path.The studio is a warm sunny space fronting the courtyard next to our house, its front door shaded by a massive climbing rose. It includes a queen bed with memory foam and a seating area by the window, with a private bathroom and a small semi-kitchenette (frig, coffee pot, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and necessary dishes/glasses/flatware, etc.) We'll leave you some breakfast snacks in the frig and some locally roasted coffee.You can rent this space alone, or for larger groups, along with the main house, if available.About our location: We're on quiet 5th Avenue, but only a block away from the Whiteaker’s commercial district at Blair Blvd, so we enjoy the best of urban life while still retaining privacy.
