It is close to numerous venues, 7-11 across the street and Whole Foods 5 blocks away.Easy access to anywhere via car. Bus stop is 2 blocks away and there are hourly bike and scooter rentals on every block. You can also walk almost anywhere and the terrain is flat for miles.Please take care of the unit and it's belongings and leave in the same condition as when you arrived. Clean and replace all kitchen items in cupboards on your day of departure. Please be respectful of my full-time tenants that live in the other units. As a c
