Walking distance to numerous restaurants. U of O campus only blocks away and Hayward field and the Performing Arts Center just 1 mile walking. Please note that this unit is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.The studio is small but comfortable and quiet. Bathroom is tub/shower combo and there is a large open cabinet and also a medicine cabinet to store your things in. Kitchenette is stocked with a microwave and hot plate and there is a wardrobe closet to hang your clothing. There is a small dining table and chairs for eating or doing your computer work. I have very good internet and there is a Smart TV for your entertainmentThere is a code box on the door for easy entry. We will send you your code on the day of arrival. Parking is free and there are no designated spaces. You may park in either the front or back of the building. Y
