There is plenty of parking for at least 3 cars side by side and more if double parked. The yard is fully fenced and has a deck with a table that seats 6, (extra seating is available), a large Weber propane BBQ, a basket ball hoop, a volley ball/ badminton area and a young children's playset that includes swings and a slide and a hot tub that seats 8 for the entire family to enjoy the beautiful wooded surroundings. We do have a NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS policy. Please do not bring pets, several of our children and grand children are very allergic and your deposit will be forfeited should you ignore the no pet rule.*The home does NOT have air conditioning.
