Located in Encinitas, California, United States. Feet in the surf in 2 minutes! most walkable neighborhood at the beach and AC! Our cottage is ideally located well west of Highway 101, in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, one block away from Stone Steps Beach in Encinitas. It is walking distance to coffee shops, many local restaurants ranging from fine dining to bistros and ethnic foods. In addition to its many eateries and shopping, Encinitas is famous for its surf breaks. Beacons Beach, Swamis, and Pontos surf breaks are within a couple miles. The local Farmers Market is held only two blocks away. Our cottage is cute, clean, and cool with brand new air conditioning, and comfortably sleeps 1-6 people. Very few beach cottages have Ac and we don't often need it but it is there when you do! There are 2 bedrooms, one with a beautiful bamboo king and all organic cotton mattress, and one with twin over full bunk. There is also a large sectional sofa that is also comfortable to sleep on.
