Our luxury villa is located in the quiet enclave of Lake Berkley Resort, Kissimmee. This a gated and secure development with a guard present 24 hours per day. The villa is single storey with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and its own private pool and spa and overlooks a small lake at the rear and a conservation area and as a consequence have great privacy. The lake attracts abundant wildlife and birds. Common sightings include alligators, turtles, otters, deer, ospreys and bald eagles. The pool and spa (its not a hot tub) can be heated but pool heating is charged separately (£110 per week). The pool is heated to 86F and the spa to 102F. We have two sun loungers, two recliners and four outdoor comfortable chairs with an outdoor table for dining on the pool deck. A gas grill/BBQ is available and free to use for guests.
