Delightful cheery retro apartment in the historic district of north Knoxville, near downtown, University of Tennessee and UT Hospital. I love this attic apartment. It’s so cozy and the decorations are so fun. All pots, pans, dishes, towels, etc are provided. Even a few cleaning things. It’s located in 100 year old farmhouse that has been completely redone on the inside and we’re still working on the outside. The house is quiet and you can study and rest and feel safe. Walk to bus stopsYou get the entire attic apartment to yourself it’s very private with your own private entrance. You’ll be sharing the house with others as there are five apartments in the house.
