There is a full kitchen, laundry room and living room with Wi-Fi and a smart TV. There is a fire pit outside for relaxing and a grill to cook out on! We also have a tankless hot water heater so you will not run out of hot water! There is plenty of parking and the trails are in your backyard! 1/2 mile from the house you have Indian ridge Trail 19 and Pinnacle Creek/Indian Ridge Connector Trail 27 and you do not have to trailer anywhere!
