THE COTTAGE IN THE GARDEN , WITH A SECLUDED SPA AND BIKES The Cottage in the Garden is located behind our South Redondo home in a residential neighborhood. There is a private spa located at the rear of the property. We are a 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach, or a quick ride on one of our complimentary bikes.On entering the Cottage one has the impression they are in a mountain cabin. There are vintage skis and a sled mounted on knotty pine walls. While there is no kitchen, there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, and dishes. Enjoy breakfast in the Cottage, or sitting on the deck. One can hear birds singing, the bubbling fountain, and the gentle ringing of chimes.After breakfast don your shorts, grab towels, beach chairs, a picnic lunch, and head to the beach. Walk barefoot in the sand. Ride bikes from Torrance to Santa Monica. Head to the Redondo Beach Pier, a short distance away.
