It is made up of condos that have been purchased by individual owners. Each owner chooses their management company. We manage 13 in the building. There are few things to keep in mind when you stay at the Grand Lodge. The Pros: Crested Butte is absolutely breathtaking! The location of the Grand Lodge is EPIC, a very short walk (less than 8 minutes) to the bottom of the ski resort! On the way you will pass a coffee shop and a few restaurants! The pool and hot tub are great. The pool has an indoor section as well as outdoor. The hot tub is large (probably the largest compared to other hotels). Both are kept very clean and maintained.
