It is beautifully and tastefully remodeled, it has a newly installed split AC system, and it is ground level (so getting out to nature and activities is easy). There is a parade of activities in the ocean and on shore right out in front of the condo. You can take on the "World Championship Iron Man" cours (yep, we live on it with with swim turn around buoy right in front and the run course along Ali'i Drive. Watching the surfers and boogie boarders is often my choic
