This is a gated community with 4 lighted pickleball/ 3 tennis courts, swimming pool, and community BBQ & picnic areas. There is no air conditioning in the unit. There is a nice breeze from the ocean with the windows open and each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a stand-up fan, if desired. At night it can be cool with the ceiling fan and you might need a blanket! Since it is located directly on the oceanfront there is the possibility of the lanai being closed off when the civil defense issues a high surf warning. The complex management will close up the lanai area to protect the townhouse from the surf. In December 2022, the townhouse had a major renovation.
