We are 20-25 minutes from Tampa International Airport, close from Countryside Mall, Tampa International Mall, and many restaurants in the surrounding area. Universal Studio and Disney are around 1.5 hours from the property. The owners has an attached efficiency Studio (in the garage) with an independent entrance, and it’s used for two or three more guests. Guests in the garage are able to use the pool and patio area. So pool, patio and laundry are shared.Pool cleans (small branches/leaves only) get done every two or three days a week by the owners, and every Wednesday by a pool company service.
