Located on a quiet street with tranquil surroundings including a city park across the street that boasts vast green spaces for picnics & children to play. Or relax in our spacious yard with several gathering areas like our fire pit, dining and lounge spaces. Easy freeway access: dining, shopping & Stockton Arena is 10 min away & 1-1.5 hrs to Sacramento, SF, San Jose & Napa. The spaceThis is a two-story home, 1500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. We allow up to 8 overnight guests in the home at no additional charge. Extra guest fees after 8 overnight guests are $10 per person per night. The home can sleep up to 11 people in beds and up to 13 people if you use our queen air mattress and two twin versa mats (sleeping pads).
