This beach bungalow located on Moran Lake in Santa Cruz, near Capitola, is breathtaking and feels like your personal spa retreat. Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, it feels so removed from city life, yet close to all amenities. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, with Pleasure Point, the best surfing spot in Santa Cruz, 5 minutes in the other direction with panoramic views of Monterey Bay. Or stay in and relax in your own Hot Springs spa on the back deck. The home is open with lots of natural light from large windows overlooking the lake and feels larger than the square footage. The kitchen has all you need with a 1956 antique O'Keefe and Merritt gas stove. (It works great!) There are two large decks in the back that overlook the lake with peeks of Moran beach through the eucalyptus trees. The home is a mix of Asian and Hawaiian decor furnished with Japanese antiques. So
