It is only 7 minutes from the airport/ 3 minute drive to downtown/ 10 minute walk to downtown. VERY close to all the great restaurants and shopping. Also very close to the beautiful Aqua Caliente casino! Hospital and Urgent care within a few minutes, two major grocery stores within 5 minute drive. This is the only 25 yard PRIVATE lap pool in Palm Springs. (Other is the public pool) The landscaping is amazing, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Orange trees, even Olive trees!
