It is a vintage 1969 fishing cottage with original hardwood floors and detailed ceiling. There is central AC and heat in our cottage. This beach house is strictly non-smoking. We allow up to two pets with specific permission in writing, so email us and tell us about your furry family member! We do require a non-refundable pet fee per pet.
