This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has quartz and tile throughout with tropical decor. Condo 307 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance.Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner.
