This beautiful 1950's home has been lovingly restored and decorated by an interior designer with themed rooms. It's outstanding feature is the beautiful Dade County Pine floors that have been completely refinished in the living room, dining room, hall and both bedrooms. We have owned this home since 2002, but just recently turned it into a vacation rental. The home is generously sized and has a huge back deck with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and fire pit looking into mature palm and oak trees with a tropical feel. Location, Location, location! The home faces Osceola Street which has lighted sidewalks into the downtown shopping and restaurant district. You can pick up a free city tram a couple of blocks from the house and never drive or need to look for parking.
