An off-grid comfy cabin in a quiet corner of a midcoast organic farm A lovingly built cabin made for a getaway place for our extended family who are now too busy to keep it in use so we offer it to your family and friends! It is off-grid yet quite comfortable with oil lanterns, two burner camping stove for cooking, an indoor sink, an outhouse and an outdoor solar bag heated shower, and an outdoor fire pit. The roomy screen porch is a particular favorite with our guests. Sheets are provided and a few blankets (you may want to bring additional blankets given our erratic Maine weather) and we ask that you provide your own towels, candles and flashlights. If you come in the fall be prepared for quickly changing weather and bring your layers! A separate room with a full sized bed, and a sleeping loft with a twin and a double mattress on the floor - this site does not allow us to describe the loft properly!
