Newly Renovated Chalet Great family chalet, recently renovated with all new interior including beautiful hardwood floors, large fireplace, new furniture, fire pit, great decks to grill or just hang out, 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 super comfortable queen beds, 2 twin bunks, twin bed in loft area, sleeps 8 comfortably, 1 full bath with tub downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs in living area, washer/dryer; 15 minute drive to ski areas: Wildcat, Black, Cranmore, Attitash and 30 minutes to Bretton Woods.We have a No Party policy as well as a No Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.
