Firewood can be purchased at many places locally.There are stairs to both the firepit and the river. Rent Kayaks/canoes at Mountainman Outdoor Supply Co. Rte 28. The living room has a smart TV and the 1st floor bedroom TV has a Amazon firestick. No central air conditioning but there are fans and a portable window air conditioning unit on the first floor. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio in the summer. There are grab bars installed in the shower. There is a bath seat for the shower in one of the cupboards in the dining room if you should need one. The winter driveway is 50" x 12.5 ' with 2 additional parking spaces in front of the house.
