Direct access to Snowmobile and ATV trails Our vacation home is near Boulder Lake(not on the lake). 1.5 acres on a heavily wooded lot provides privacy with lots of Wildlife wandering through the property. The home is 1000 Square feet with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large loft. The home will accommodate 7 people in Beds. Satellite internet provides just enough bandwidth to stay current, flat screen TV's in the living room, master bedroom and loft. The loft TV has Wii so bring any games you may have. A very large deck wrapping half of the home, plenty of area to entertain and relax outside. Nice large fire pit for those cool nights, just sit back and relax and roast some marshmallows. Property has access to the Oconto County ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails as well as access to Langlade county snowmobile trails. Easy access to Boulder Lake boat ramp and beach for those who like to fish and or swim. White Water rafting and or tubing can be done on the Wolf
