We like to sit and watch the boats from the balcony and see sunrise across the water as we wake up each morning. The hikers' paradise of Golden Gate National Recreation Area is just behind us, and you can access a trail from our street or drive a few minutes to a vast network of Marin trails. Walk/drive down the hill to eat in one of Sausalito's waterfront restaurants. Best of all we are only 12 minutes to SF by car or public bus. We have maximized our space for style and comfort for 2 adults who work at home. Our second bedroom is used as a dedicated office, with a twin-sized daybed for occasional guests.
