Upstairs has two full sized beds with a full bath. The downstairs bedroom has a king sized bed, full bath, kitchen and dining area. Additional room on main level can be used as office, reading room, kids play room - you pick how you'd like to use it. Sit outside on the traditional bungalow front porch or enjoy the private fenced backyard with pavers and outdoor comfortable seating while you BBQ. The house is fully furnished with including all linens and kitchen “equipment”. Occasionally I stay in this house to see if I'm missing anything, and encourage guests for their suggestions. Earlier in the summer a toaster oven was suggested - AWESOME and simple and it keeps the heat out of the house.
