The 20-acre property is located at the foot of Bearwallow Mountain. The property is partially wooded with a private hiking trail through the woods, a pond, and a picnic shed next to the pond with a fire pit. Fishing is available both in our pond and at Clear Creek – state trout waters that adjoin our property.Weather in Summer: Our summer weather pattern is wonderful! Warm days (70's and 80's), then just when it gets a little too warm and humid, wham! Thunder, lightning, downpour! Usually just minutes long. Temperature drops several degrees, perfect for an evening hot tub soak.
