We have been hosting guests in our shared home since 2013, but are now opening up (most of) the rest of the home for rental on an occasional basis. This includes 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and common spaces. Our home is located on a quiet residential side street about 2 blocks to the University of Vermont green and a 15 minute walk to the upper end of Church Street, Burlington's pedestrian corridor.The spaceFirst floor has a comfortable living room with 3 comfortable sofas and smart TV. The dining room can seat 6-8 people and is set just off the kitchen. Our kitchen is meant for using with a huge granite-topped island with a separate sink, a 6-burner stove, and 2 ovens in addition to many fine small appliances.
