Guests will be responsible for the bikes and there will be a $350.00 replacement fee for any bike missing. DOGS* Dogs are prohibited on the beaches of Balboa Island between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All dogs must be kept on a leash at all times (not to exceed 6 feet).
