Surrounded by woods, 10 minutes to Acadia Nation Park, downtown Bar Harbor

Located in Bar Harbor, Maine, United States. Surrounded by woods, 10 minutes to Acadia Nation Park, downtown Bar Harbor Centrally located on Mount Desert Island, the house is conveniently located, less than 4 miles to main entrance to Acadia National Park and a few miles more to downtown Bar Harbor. Also convenient to other hiking, biking, and water activities on the quiet side of the island. We do not require a Saturday to Saturday rental. If you have ever tried to arrive or leave the island on a Saturday, you know there is a lot of traffic because everyone else is coming and going during that day. We give a discounted rate for weekly or monthly rentals and we will add a mid month cleaning at no additional charge for monthly rentals. You are also dealing directly with the owner, not an agent. Sorry we no longer allow pets.We do not accept payment by check of any kind. The house has a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and 1/2 bath downstairs with deck and outdoor table. Upstairs is a large master bedroom suite (queen bed)
