House has been modernized inside but retains its classic appearance. Private location on a town road just minutes from interstate and downtown Brattleboro. A privacy fence blocks the road from one side of the house, the other side of the house has a very private yard surrounded by woods and a brook. Just upstream is a waterfall, and the ruins of the old water powered mill.
