This cottage is the only model that has a second half bathroom in the Guestroom! Also there are two dining areas and two living areas which is fairly unique in this community as well. You will be very close to the Clubhouse in this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath cottage. There is no need for extra expense with a golf cart! This also has central air and ceiling fans in all rooms. Please note that there are beds for four people, and two full size sofas for persons 5, and 6!! The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, clock/radio, ceiling fan, 2 night tables, a hamper, and plenty of drawer space. Washer and dryer. The bed has a mattress topper and foam topper.
