There are 3 beautiful indoor full bathrooms and one outdoor shower. A bedroom & bathroom with 2 queen beds is located downstairs for those who cannont climb stairs. Each bedroom has a beautiful view of the water. Right outside the upstairs kitchen is a beautiful screened in patio with plenty of seating space. There is a strict NO PARTY/EVENT policy to protect the integrity of the home and respect to our neighborhood. The downstairs porch is very spacious and includes a large ice machine, a large gas grill, a charcoal grill, corn hole boards, more seating, patio swing and beautiful views of the water.
