Kitchen includes 2 burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and all kitchen accessories. Bathroom is a three piece with a bathtub and shower comba. TV in BR & LR. LR TV is a smart TV. Both have full cable channels. You bring your own linens and pillows. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Entire condo is for you. Take a dip in the pool or you are one block from the beach. You have access to the swimming pool area, shared coin operated laundry, BBQ grills and 2 large shared balconies. Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend thru End of September. Beach is always open.
