New fridge and dishwasher, Keurig/ new Mr. Coffee, microwave/convection oven, electric cook top, and gas Grill. Also on first floor is living room, great room, half bath, sun room. Second floor with large master bedroom that has spectacular views of and up the lake. Master has King bed and full master bath, and two guest bedrooms with 1 full-sized bed and one new queen bed. Guest rooms share a full hall bath. The lower finished level has another full bath. The washer/dryer and rec room is there as well.
