There are 2 decks on this level - one that is covered (perfect for dinners outside even on less-than-perfect weather days!) and one deck that faces the evening sun, which is great for happy hour. Downstairs is a full bath and bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunkbeds. Through the laundry room, there is another side of the house that is a loft apt. Here there is another full kitchen, couch and TV, bedroom with a queen bed, and the loft with a comfy queen futon. The loft is accessed with steep stairs, so no children under age 8 are allowed in this space.
