Beautiful year round home at the foot of Owasco Lake

Located in Auburn, Iowa, United States. Beautiful year round home at the foot of Owasco Lake Welcome to Southview Annex; a quiet retreat on the North end of Owasco Lake in Auburn NY. The house sits across the street from the lake, but has an unobstructed view southward of Owasco Lake. There is a sand beach across the street which is private to the house. You can watch the sun rise AND set from this vantage point on the large covered front porch, making this a beautiful place to spend your vacation time.The house has 5 bedrooms with a spare room that has a twin sleeper chair for additional sleeping space. In total the house sleeps 13 comfortably. The house comes equipped with a canoe and several kayaks and a small sailboat and fishing poles. There is a gas grill on the back patio and plenty of comfortable seating on the front porch.
