The inside has a very comfortable King bed, surround sound, 55-inch flat screen, a full kitchen, dual shower, and much more. The back porch has a hot tub, sound, and a breathtaking view. If you are planning on having more than 4 people at the property, YOU MUST reach out to the ranch staff (469-658-5584 Eva) to get event pricing. Any groups larger than 4 arriving at the ranch will be subject to event pricing. No exceptions! We kindly inform you that a $50.00 charge applies for each pet that accompanies you.
