Located in Auburn, Iowa, United States. Gold Country Getaway The Gold Country Getaway is a cozy home located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills. Our home features vaulted pine ceilings and a great backyard space. It is located just outside the Auburn City limits, just off the American River Canyon and close to I-80. This house offers great access to the Auburn State Rec Area for hiking and biking. Old Town Auburn dining and shopping is just minutes away. Tahoe, Sacramento and Nevada City are all within driving distance of our home.Our guest will have full access to the house including the backyard. It includes a full stocked kitchen, recently remodeled bathroom and a great back yard space with a fire pit. The backyard is my favorite aspect of this house. It is lined with shrubs providing privacy. The back deck has a Webster grill, propane heater, and outdoor lighting. Our fire pit has chairs to enjoy fires in the evening and we do provide some firewood. The fire department does impose a burn ban during summer months whic
