We're tucked away on a beautiful residential street yet 7 minutes away from restaurants, coffee shops and all that Annapolis has to offer. 10 minutes from the coast, 30 minutes from Baltimore and 35 minutes from DC.Your garden suite has a spacious kitchen complete with an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso, two bedrooms (main one comes with a TV opposite the bed, the second bedroom has a desk), a cozy tv nook, laundry and two separate entrances (one on each side of the house). Complete with high speed wifi and a private office space in the 2nd bedroom for remote work surrounded by nature.This is an in-law suite on the bottom floor of a 3-level home where tenants live on the top floor. Your suite has a door opening to the side of our backyard and another door opening into the garage.
