It is an open concept 3 bedroom (all queens) 1.5 bath cottage has a large, fenced yard and backs up to the stunning Quiet Waters Park with its own access gate. There is a fold out full memory foam bed downstairs if needed. The kitchen has a very large island and is fully stocked with condiments for guest use if needed. Parking accommodates 4 cars, and the house is a quick 5-minute drive to either downtown Annapolis or Eastport. The house has two (2) bedrooms on the main floor with a full bath with a fully finished downstairs with electric fireplace and additional queen bed and half bath. The back of the house has a cozy 3-season enclosed room with an eating table and lovely views into the large, fenced yard and park.
