This 2-bedroom retreat features a cozy living room with a futon for extra guests. A main floor bedroom with a huge closet. Upstairs loft with a full size and twin size bed and a full bathroom. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming with a short walk down the hill to this beautiful quiet lake. With WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can stay connected and comfortable. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Ballston Lake and our cottage has to offer. We have 2 adult paddle boards and 2 youth paddle boards (hold up to 160 lbs.) There is a shared dock just down the hill with a nice size swimming area. Our home is small but very spacious. Plenty of room for a family of 4 to 5. We have a BBQ and fire pit.
