There is a $40.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature) and large covered patio with outdoor seating and dining.
