It has 82 feet of beautiful, private beach, large dock with platform, boat hoist, and is a short boat ride (or even paddle) to the sand bar. This is a quiet neighborhood of small cottages, and there are no roads to cross between the cottage and beach. (Please note that the map is incorrect in showing a road between cottage and beach). This cottage offers lots of privacy, tucked into woods on a few sides where you may observe deer or foxes. There is a lovely deck on front with an amazing view directly onto the large lawn, beach, and lake. There is a fire pit (on beach) and gas grill (outside cottage) as well as a wood-burning stove.
